Always fresh, never frozen.
Best few days ever.

So, basically from last Friday up until yesterday (Tuesday), has been the best time of my entire summer, easily.

Friday afternoon, I went into the city and to meet my sister for dinner and ran into some friends from high school in Washington Square Park. Hung around with them for a few minutes and then went to eat. Delicious. Next stop was the LIRR terminal near Penn Station to meet my friends Heather and Jess. We took the train back to Heather’s, ate, and went to a karaoke lounge in Flushing until about 12:30 at night. I crashed on Heather’s couch, and we got up the next day and went to Warped Tour (read previous blog).

Sunday was a recovery day.

Monday, I went to the Bronx to do some vocal tracking at Little Door Studio with my boys in The City Strikes Back. Sweet harmonies and hilarity ensued. Then I went with the guys to their band practice. They sounded so tight it was amazing. It ended with me singing “woah oh’s” into the mic. Mike and I then wrote one of the best hardcore/80’s hair metal songs ever composed.

Oh and yesterday, I saw Paul McCartney live in concert at Citi Field. BEST EVER.

The End.
